The High Court has constituted a five-member board headed by former Appellate Division Judge HM Samsuddin Chowdhury Manik to run the e-commerce company Evaly.
The HC bench of Justice Muhammad Khurshid Alam Sarkar passed the order on Monday (October 18).
The other members of the board are former secretary Mohammad Rezaul Ahsan, Mahbubul Karim, chartered accountant Fakhruddin Ahmed, lawyer Barrister Khan Mohammad Shamim Aziz.
On October 12, Justice Muhammad Khurshid Alam asked the government to set up a committee to conduct the Evaly.
On October 13, the Commerce Ministry sent the names of three former secretaries to the committee set up by the High Court to manage the e-commerce company Evaly.
