At least 20 people have been killed in Israeli airstrikes in the besieged northern Gaza Strip. More than 30,000 Palestinians have been killed so far by Israeli forces.
This information was published in a report of Anadolu news agency on Sunday (March 3).
According to the report, the airstrikes targeted the Jabalia refugee camp and two houses in the Saftawi area, north of Gaza City.
At least 20 people have been killed, according to local media. The bodies of 20 people were transferred to Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza after the attack.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health of the Gaza Strip said that 30,410 Palestinians have been killed so far as a result of Israel's attack on Gaza. Most of them are women and children. Besides, another 71 thousand 700 people were injured.
Meanwhile, Egypt's foreign minister Sameh Shoukry, one of the mediators in the Israel-Hamas war, said that a cease-fire may be reached in the Palestinian Gaza Strip before the start of Ramadan. He also said that both sides have agreed on the ceasefire period as well as the release of hostages and prisoners.
