Dhaka: The High Court has granted four weeks bail to accused Ehteshamul Haque Bhola in a case filed in connection with the murder of Mahmuda Khanam Mitu, wife of former Chittagong Superintendent of Police (SP) Babul Akter.
.A virtual bench of High Court Justice Mostafa Zaman Islam and Justice KM Zahid Sarwar Kajal passed the order on Wednesday (September 15).
Advocate Muhammad Hasibur Rahman was present in the court today as a lawyer for the accused Bhola. Assistant Attorney General Mizanur Rahman was on behalf of the state.
