Health Minister Zahid Maleque has said that from November, three crore Covid-19 vaccines will be given in the country every month.
“There is no shortage of vaccines in the country at present and some 21 crore doses of vaccine have been purchased. Three crore will be vaccinated every month from November,” he said.
The health minister made the remarks at a discussion on the occasion of Sheikh Russell's 58th birthday at the Sheikh Russell National Gastroliver Institute and Hospital in Mohakhali on Tuesday (October 19).
He said that the way vaccination is going on, three crore vaccines will be given this month as well.
Expatriates living in other countries of the world will also get vaccinated, he said.
