Mehdi Sajib, one of the coordinators of anti-discrimination movement of Rajshahi University, warned Home Advisor Brigadier General (Retd.) M Sakhawat Hossain for making the comment about Awami League that 'the people have not yet come to accept it, rather rebuild the party'.
He made this announcement in a protest program held at Rajshahi University (RU) Kazla Gate against the propaganda and various conspiracies of Awami League going on across the country on Monday (August 12) at 7:30 pm.
Mehdi Sajib warned the Home Affairs Adviser and said, "You have to apologize for the comments you made about this murderous, autocratic Awami League." Otherwise the students will not think twice to get down from the place where they put you. Under no circumstances should you decide outside of the student-crowd magnet.
At the time, he said, there can never be a place for the Awami dictatorship in the heart of Bengal. The anti-discrimination student movement has not subsided yet.
During this time he announced to free every ward from Ganobhavan fascism.
RU Zoology Department Professor who participated in the movement Shah Hossain Ahmad Mehdi termed the former Prime Minister of Bangladesh a dictator and said that Sheikh Hasina has destroyed the electoral system of Bangladesh.
