The press conference that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina convened to let the people know details of her recent visit to the United States and India has begun at Ganabhaban.
The press gathering started with the introductory speech of the prime minister around 3:30 pm on Wednesday (Oct 9).
Sheikh Hasina visited India from Oct 3 to 6 to attend the India Economic Summit of the World Economic Forum. During the visit, she had bilateral talks with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Earlier, she visited the United States from Sept 22 to 29 to join the 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
