After the relaxation of restrictions, the capital Dhaka has returned to its old form. There were crowds of people in different areas of the capital on holidays. There were crowds of vehicles on different roads. There were more and more people in shopping malls, markets and even alleys. In most places, no one is following the hygiene rules. The situation is such that there is absolutely no corona in the country.

In the capital's Hatirjheel, the crowd has been increasing since Friday afternoon. After a long time, the people of Dhaka seem to have returned to their former life in the open air of Hatirjheel. Many people are seen sitting side by side, walking or talking while eating food. They have come to spend some time with their parents, children, friends, family or colleagues. Some had masks on their faces but most were not seen using them. They were not seen to observe social distance.

Not only in Hatirjheel, but also in Kuril Bishwa road area, 300 feet, Mirpur Kalshi, Baunia dam area. Meanwhile, there were long queues of public transport in Gulistan, Mirpur and Gabtali of the capital. These also do not follow the hygiene rules. In such a situation, those concerned fear that the corona infection will increase further.

On Friday afternoon, it was seen in the Baganbari area of Uttar Bhashantek, many people went out to walk in the streets even though there was no work. Many young people are chatting on the side of the road. There is no fear of no one thinking. Besides, there is no awareness among the pedestrians. It seems that the situation in the country has improved. No more worries.

Shoaib, a resident of Baganbari area, said many people are not wearing masks. The chatter has increased at the corners of the streets. Many are leaving home for no reason.

Abdur Rahman, a green coconut seller in Matikata area, said there was not much sale during Lockdown time. The number of people is increasing, so the sales are getting better.

Coronavirus deaths in the country have dropped below 200 after 19 consecutive days. At the same time the rate of infection has also decreased. The number of patients identified daily has dropped below 10,000 after five days. In the last one day, 8,465 people have been infected with coronavirus in the country. At the same time, 197 people died in Corona. Earlier, on July 24, Bangladesh saw less than 200 deaths, the same day 195 deaths were reported by the Directorate of Health. Then for 19 consecutive days the death toll was over 200.

Experts see the decline in corona infection in the country as a benefit of the lockdown. They say shops, offices, courts, public transport, public gatherings and entertainment centers were closed during the lockdown, the result of which we are now getting. The lockdown has been relaxed to keep the wheel of the economy moving and to adjust livelihoods. However, the infection will not increase if everyone adheres to the hygiene rules including mass vaccination and mask removal.

Corona tackling National Technical Advisory Committee, Professor. Mohammad Sahidullah said,  one’s security is with himself. Everyone has to follow the hygiene rules, make sure to wear a mask.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's personal physician Professor ABM Abdullah said shops, offices and courts were closed due to the lockdown. There were no rallies. Due to which good results have been obtained. Everyone must follow the hygiene rules and wear a mask. Then life will live, livelihood will live.
