Hasnat Abdullah, the central coordinator of anti-discrimination student movement, has demanded that Awami League should be legally banned as Nazi forces as have been banned in Germany and Italy.

He made this demand in a short speech before the torch march against Awami conspiracy and fascism at Rajganj Shapla square in Cumilla city on Saturday (October 19) night.

Hasnat Abdullah said, the way Chhatra League and Jubo League have violated humanity, they have no chance to show minimum humanity. You know Nazi forces are banned in Germany, also banned in Italy. Similarly Awami League has no moral right to do politics anymore. Those who belong to Awami League, Chhatra League, Jubo League should be legally banned from the soil of Bengal.

He said, our war is not over yet. The blood of Abu Sayeed and Mughdha still bears responsibility. Every University in Bangladesh has been turned into a prison by the gangsters of the Chhatra League. We must always be united with all the opposing forces to prevent the resurgence of this Chhatra League. All the forces against fascism must be united. You can be Chhatra Dal, you can be Shibir, you can be right and you can be left. Now our only identity is that we are against dictatorship.

He said, I want to warn you that the price of goods in the market is beyond the reach of common people. You will monitor the market from your place to strengthen this government, make sure that there is no tendering, no extortion. Where the extortionists have no political identity, the only identity of the extortionists is that they are extortionists. They are terror, they are tenders. So students have to take a strong stand against extortionists, against terrorism against tenderers.

Hannan Masud, Central Coordinator of Anti-Discrimination Student Movement, Mohammad Sakib Hossain, Rashedul Hasan, Rubel Hossain, Cumilla Coordinator and others were present
