A fire broke out in the Fresh Tissue Paper godown located at Meghna Ghat in Sonagaon, Narayanganj.
The fire broke out at around 5:10 am on Monday (November 18).
After receiving the news of the fire, several units of the Fire Service reached the spot at around 5:25 am and are working to control the fire.
As the fire intensity increased as of last report, 12 units of the Fire Service are working to put out the fire.
After the fire broke out in the Fresh Tissue godown, 06 units from Sonargaon, Gazaria, and Gazaria BSCIC Fire Stations first worked to put out the fire. Later, 6 more units from Bandar, Kanchpur, and Siddiq Bazar Fire Stations arrived at the spot.
However, the Fire Service could not immediately confirm the cause of the fire.
