Five people were killed in a collision between a bus and a CNG-powered autorickshaw in Sadar Upazila of Sherpur. Two others were seriously injured in the incident.
The accident occurred at 11:30 am on Sunday (December 29) in the Bhatshala area of the Sherpur-Mymensingh highway.
It is learned that a bus named Rifat Paribahan collided head-on with a passenger autorickshaw. Five people were killed on the spot. Two others were seriously injured. They were rescued and sent to the hospital. Sadar Police Station members reached the spot.
