BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia reached at her Gulshan residence Firoza after 54 days released from hospital on Saturday (June 19) evening.
She left Evercare Hospital around 8:15 PM after getting two months-long treatment there.
BNP media wing member Shairul Kabir Khan confirmed the matter to Barta24.com.
Khaleda Zia tested positive for Coronavirus on April 10. She had taken treatment under the supervision of her personal physicians, led by respiratory medicine expert Prof Dr FM Siddiqui.
Later, on April 27, she was admitted to Evercare Hospital and a 10-member medical board was formed led by Professor Dr. Shahabuddin Talukdar.
