The 9th phase 48-hour blockade enforced by BNP demanding cancellation of the schedule of the 12th Jatiya Sangsad (JS) elections, resignation of the government, formation of a non-partisan government and releasing the jailed leaders has started. The blockade will continue from 6 am on Sunday (December 3) until 6 am on Tuesday (November 5). BNP has been enforcing a program of blockade after the clash with the police at the October 28 mass rally.

BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi has called for this new blockade.

Leaders and activists of all like-minded parties and alliances will make this program successful.
