Juba Dal leader of Bogura Nure Alam Siddiqui Peyton received instructions from London that he will be given Tk. 10,000 if he kills police and Tk. 5,000 if he  kills Chhatra League. After this instruction, Nure Alam Siddiqui's brother- in- law Md. Abdul Aziz alias Sultan was instructed to perform duties in the field. After the arrest of that Sultan, the Cyber and Special Crime (North) Department of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DB) got such sensational information.

According to DB, the arrested Abdul Aziz was instructing the cadres of Jamaat-Shibir and BNP to carry out devastation through killing, vandalism, arson and looting by tapping and infiltrating people from the grassroots class in exchange of money in the students' procession. In exchange of money, they vandalized and set fire to various important buildings of the country, including Uttara and Abdullahpur in the capital, and carried out a hellish massacre.

Dhaka Metropolitan Police Additional Commissioner of Police (Detective) Mohammad Harun Or Rashid gave this information at a press conference organized at the DB office on Minto Road in the capital on Thursday (July 25).

He said, arrested for the implementation of the movement to overthrow the government Abdul Aziz Sultan directed the cadres of Jamaat-Shibir and BNP to pay Tk. 5,000 for beating a Chhatra Leaguer and Tk. 10,000 for beating a policeman with Tokai and grassroots class men. In continuation of this, under the direct guidance of the arrested accused, BNP and Jamaat activists vandalized and set fire to various important buildings of the country, including Uttara and Abdullahpur in the capital, and carried out a hellish massacre.

If the morale of the police can be broken, then the conspiracy of Jamaat-Shibir and BNP will succeed. It was with that mindset that they attacked the police on October 28 last year. At that time a policeman was beaten to death. The police hospital and the residence of the Chief Justice were vandalized. The anti-independence gang once again set fire to various police installations and killed some policemen by hanging. Is it possible for the people of any civilized country, asked Mohammad Harun or Rashid.
