A new conspiracy has started in the country, and holding elections with minimal reforms is the only solution to the crisis, said BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir.

He said these things at a discussion meeting organized on the occasion of the founding anniversary of Chhatra Dal at the Engineer Institute in the capital on Wednesday (January 1) afternoon.

Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said that the current situation, the political situation, the crisis that has arisen, the only solution to this crisis can be through an election acceptable to everyone. That has been proven in history.

The BNP Secretary General said, we have been saying that again and again that unfortunately today the game of conspiracy has started again in Bangladesh which has happened again and again in the past. After which we lost martyred President Ziaur Rahman. As a result of which Begum Khaleda Zia had to spend 6 years in prison. As a result of which our acting chairman Tarique Rahman still has to stay outside.

There have been many attempts to break BNP, but it has never been possible to break it.
