Shafiqul Alam said, it is an unofficial initiative. We see it as an unofficial initiative. The government has no involvement in it.

It is noteworthy that on Saturday (December 28) evening, members of the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement and the National Citizens Committee sparked a discussion on social media Facebook with December 31 in mind. At one stage, it was learned that the July Revolution Declaration would be announced from the premises of the Central Shaheed Minar at 3 pm on December 31.

The Anti-Discrimination Student Movement officially announced the release of the July Revolution manifesto at a press conference in noon on Sunday (December 29). At that time, Hasnat Abdullah, one of the coordinators of the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement, said that the fascists are conspiring abroad because the July Revolution manifesto was not released on August 5. This is questioning the legitimacy of the mass uprising. As a documentary proof of the people's desire for the mass uprising and the people's rejection of the 1972 constitution, the grave of the Mujibbadi 1972 constitution will be laid before the nation on December 31. People will gather at the Shaheed Minar on December 31 to declare the people's desire for building a new Bangladesh.
